My Approach:
A transformative program designed to empower faculty through interactive sessions. My approach emphasizes personal reflection and practical skills, beginning with an "Introduction and Positionality Workshop" and progressing through key topics like "Data & Metrics Mindset Redirect," "Emotional Intelligence + Motivational Interviewing," and co-designing a personalized "Success Plan" for students. The program culminates with a "Student Toolkit" focused on time management, task management, and self-care. Participants receive valuable tools and templates, engage in pre- and post-program surveys, and can access one-on-one consultations during office hours. Collaboration with school administration and resources further enriches the experience. A pre-coaching kickoff and post-coaching debrief ensure a comprehensive journey, all while maintaining a commitment to confidentiality for all participants.
