Magdala Chery, DO, MBS, MPH is a people leader and Change Practitioner reimagining systems, products, and organizational leadership to advance equity-based care in health and tech settings. As a Product Inclusion & Equity Program Manager at Google, Dr. Chery guides and influences cross-functional teams and partners in building solutions rooted in equity and responsible innovation.
This role builds upon a 10-year track record of leadership, teaching, and in-field work in clinical care, health policy, and health equity spaces. Her professional journey, as well as her personal experiences navigating healthcare systems, have defined Dr. Chery’s commitment to improving care paradigms inside and beyond clinical environments.
